Snow Fairy will shortly re-enter her training regime with trainer Ed Dunlop pondering a plethora of Group One options.
A winner of both the English and Irish Oaks as well as top-flight races in Hong Kong and Japan during a thrilling 2010, Snow Fairy required remedial work on one of her legs and an outing to the Dubai World Cup meeting had to be aborted.
“She had bone jarring at the back of the knee, but she’s fine now and doing very well,” Dunlop said.
“She has been on the horse walker and will start exercise in the next week or so. We’ll see how we go, but she has the option of going for almost every possible race between 10 furlongs (2000m) and a mile and a half (2400m).
“There is the Pretty Polly and the Prince Of Wales, then the Nassau, which her owner is very keen on.
“The owner (Cristina Patino) would also be keen on the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, and it’s not so expensive to take non-nominated horses to the Breeders’ Cup these days.
“The main thing is the owner loves to see her horses racing and there is absolutely no rush to get her back.”
